NBA star Wesley Matthews, a former Madison Memorial and Marquette basketball player, stopped by the Allied Boys & Girls Club on Tuesday.
The Portland Trailblazers standout joined officials from Trek and Dream Bikes to speak to Boys & Girls Club of Dane County members and supporters about bike safety and the importance of year-round training.
Matthews also formally announced his participation in the annual Bike 4 Boys & Girls Club event, a 25-mile bike ride around Madison on July 21st?to raise money for the club and awareness.
